Medieval Pottery
This pottery was dug up from beneath a supermarket car park in Annan in 1995. Most of it dates from the 14th and 15th century. The second photograph shows pieces from a jug which is beleived to date from the 12th and 13th century, around the time of the de Brus (The Bruce) family occupation of Annan Motte.
