Fairbairn-Sykes fighting knife

The Fairbairn-Sykes knife - otherwise known as a Commando knife - are a double-edged fighting knife first produced in 1941. Although the emphasis on hand-to-hand combat waned after WWI with focus moved to mechanised systems, the knife still fulfilled task-specific objectives after these methods of warfare failed.
