Rim Sherd, East Gallaberry

This rim sherd was discovered on the site of the Roman fort at East Gallaberry, and is the surviving remnant of a dish. With a thick curved rim section with remnants of a ridge visible at the top, the interior has gritty particles in a fine grained pale orange matrix.
