Bracelet fragment, Boonies Cottage, Bent Path

Found in the 1970s,  Description Small fragment of opaque white glass bangle showing flat, slightly concave inner curve and markedly convex outer curve. Fragments of glass bangles, Drummore, Kirkmaiden and Boonies Cottage, Westerkirk. These objects, of Roman manufacture, are often found on native sites and are evidence of peaceful interaction between the Roman army and the native inhabitants, who would have helped provide food, drink and other services for the local garrison.
