Toddy Ladle (3)

A long wooden handled toddy ladle with a cauldron shaped bowl.   Toddy is a mixture of whisky, hot water, honey or sugar, spices such as cinnamon and cloves, and lemond juice. People usually drank toddy when they were relazing in the evening, or after they had been out in bad weather. The following ladles would have been used to serve this spirit based drink
