World War One training aircraft

The aeroplane is an Avro 504K which was a trainer for the Royal Air Corps (the forerunner to the RAF) during the First World War.   The photo could have been taken almost anywhere in the U.K. as there are no obvious landmarks in the image, however it came from a collection of images, mostly landscapes, which all seem to relate to Ayrshire.     The photo is printed the wrong way round - as can be seen from the reversed British civilian registration letters (G-E???)on the fuselage.
