Chiseled small sword, likely German

The small sword was a favourable option for accessorising with the civilian gentleman's outerwear for around town with a similar intricacy of design to a rapier, this small sword is notable for the chiselled details across its hilt and etchings on its blade including a man in full armour.   Etched in to the ricasso of the blade reads 'neme diue pas sans raisons'
