Roman coin, Kirkmaiden

Crammag Head, Kirkmaiden
A bronze coin - a Sesterius - of Emperor Commodus (AD186-89).  The obverse has a bearded head of the emperor with the legend M. COMMODUS.ANT.P.FELIX.AUG.  The reverse shows the goddess Libertas.   The find spot is close to the large, defended native settlement at Crammag Head.
