Greek lyra 1
The Greek lyra (also known as a Cretan lyra) is a pear-shaped 3
stringed musical instrument that is played with a bow. Unlike a
violin, it is played sitting vertically on the knee, rather than
under the chin.
The body of this lyra is overlaid with bone in simple running
patterns and features two D-shaped soundholes.
