Dumfries New Church - Church of Scotlandm 1830 Minister: Thomas Duncan (1806-1858) Thomas Duncan was the brother of Henry Duncan of Ruthwell. The church was built in 1727 but this was the first issue of tokens. Before 1830, the New Church used the same tokens as St Michaels Church.   Whitelaw 114
