Saucer from the Mechanics' Institute, Newton Stewart & Minnigaff

The Newton Stewart and Minnigaff Mechanics' Institute is documented as existing from 1870 to 1926, was based in the Town Hall where there was a reading room and library. The only relic is this saucer from their teaset.
