Letter and souvenir from Private Barr

Correspondence from Private Robert Barr, including a souvenir handkerchief from D'Albert. The handkerchief shows an illiustration of a ruined church with only the tower remaining. Part of the tower features a statue. It was believed that when the statue fell the war would end.
