Zulfiqar

The zulfiqar is a curved Indian sword with a bifurcated point, resembling a beaked bird. The hilt is in the typical shape found among Indian talwar (swords), with a disc-shaped pommel, balustrade-style grip and short quillons. The wavy blade is decorated with gilded animal figures, including bison, nilgai antelope and elephants.
