Maker’s mark: “IP” Other marks: anchor, wheat sheaf   Mustard seeds came from Asia.  The ancient Greeks used them as a medicine and flavouring.  The Romans developed the prepared mustards we know today by mixing unfermented grape juice with ground mustard seeds.
