Bronze toilet implement
Bronze toilet implement, with punched line and dot
decoration.
The scooped end may be an ear cleaner, whilst the curved pointed
end may be a nail cleaner. It was found during the Whithorn
excavations in association with a thin piece of bronze which was
interpreted as a razor blade, and may be Late Roman in origin.
