The Dean Castle in Ruins

This is one of the earliest depictions of Dean Castle.   It shows the castle shortly after it was gutted by fire in the 1730's. Acquired with Assistance from the National Fund for Acquisitions administered with Government Funds by the National Museums of Scotland.
