Invitation to the Trials of the Earl of Kilmarnock, the Earl of Cromertie and Lord Balmerino

This is an invitation to attend the trial of Boyd and his co-accused (Cromartie and Balmerino) for their part in the 1745 Jacobite uprising. The charge is high treason.  Boyd won high praise for his manner and bearing throughout despite the inevitable result.
