Invitation card to W. W. McKenzie, Town Clerk, Kilmarnock, to go to Bertram Mills Circus at Scott Ellis Playing Fields, Kilmarnock.   The Bertram Mills circus was lauded as the best show in the UK, with the man himself appointed in the media as the 'King of Modern Circus'. The circus was established after WWI after Mills made a wager with a friend. After Mills' death in 1938, his sons continued the company until 1967.
