Sanquhar Gloves, Midge and Fly design knitting pattern

Probably one of the oldest patterns - the name is self explanatory!   This pattern was supplied to the Handicrafts Publication Committee by the Scottish Women's Rural Institutes (Dumfries Federation). The crowned heart motif of the SWRI is on the front cover.
