Sanquhar, Crawick & Kelloholm Homing Club pigeon trophy

Interest in pigeon keeping was widespread in mining communities.   The inscription on this trophy reads "SANQUHAR, CRAWICK AND KELLOHOLM HOMING CLUB / Combined Average Cup / Presented by John Wyllie Esq. JP/ "Whitehill".   A list of winners from 1946 to 1972 is engraved on the back.
