Reformer's Monument, Kilmarnock
This postcard show Reformer's Monument in Kay Park, Kilmarnock.
The monument was the work of Charles Bentham Grassby and
commemmorates a protest that was held on 7th December 1816 for
parliamentary reform and better representation of working class
people. The protest was attended by almost half of Kilmarnock
residents.
