Anglian strap end

Anglian strap end with stylised animal-headed terminal. The other end is split to allow it to fit on the end of the belt or strap, the two iron rivets to secure it in place are still present. The expanded plate has three ring-and-dot decorative stamps. It dates to the first half of the 9th century.
