Chic-A-Boo Monkey

The monkey was originally developed in Japan in the mid to late 1970's, but it wasn't until the 1980's that it became more popular in the UK. The original Japanese name for the toy was Monchhichi.   Donated as part of of the co-curation family day at the Baird Institute.
