White Tulips & Black Jug
Born in St. Raphael, France, the son of artist Anne Redpath, he studied at Edinburgh College of Art from 1947-53 and in Italy 1953-4. He became a Lecturer in Painting and Drawing at ECA in the early seventies became Deputy Head of the Painting School and in 1974, Vice Principal. Michie continues to paints in oil and watercolour.
