Fragments of E ware pottery
E ware vessels were made in western France and traded widely across western Europe. E ware has been found at a number of high status sites in Wales and Cornwall and also at the important Early Medieval settlement of Dunadd, Argyll.
Three rim shreds from wheel-thrown bowls. Some of the sherds have black deposits - probably carbon - on their inner surgaces indicating that they were used for cooking.
