Comment by McKie: "Nothing particular about this Ed except that
the Life - which is said to be taken chiefly from a Glasgow Ed - is
…incorrect… - they have him joining the Dumfries … in 1797
and dying in 1795 - this must surely be typo-graphical errors as
all the world knows that Burns died in 1796. James McKie. This is a
reprint of the Newcastle 1802 Ed. with about 60 pages added."
