Taylor, 1801.   Binding: blue leather and green bobbly cloth on board; tooled decoration on leather; gold decoration on spine; title, place, date and vol. on spine in gold; cream wove end-paper; beige laid paper with red spotted edges.   Marks: Embossed "Burns Monument Kilmarnock", on title page of volume 2. James McKie private library numbers "60" & "61".   Illustrations:  vignettes throughout.   Other: Life of Burns prefixed to poems.
