Souvenir box from Portpatrick

The 1791-99 Statistical Account for Portpatrick praises the village and it's position and "above all the sea-bathing".  Portpatrick, despite losing its ferry port and railway station has remained a popular resort.   This souvenir box was purchased in Portpatrick around 1910.  The photograph shows Portpatrick from the south with a view of the harbour.
