Parish Church, Kilmaurs

The parish church in Kilmaurs was affiliated to the abbey at Kelso in the 12th century, a collegiate church in the 15th century and was rebuilt in its present cruciform shape in 1888 by Robert S Ingram, with several outstanding features such as three rose windows and the original bell. The Glencairn Aisle, adjacent to the church, commemorates the Earl and Countess of Glencairn.
