Montgomery House, Tarbolton
This mansion was built at the turn of the 19th century to
replace the orignal Montgomery Castle. The original house was
referred to by Robert Burns as to where Highland Mary was employed.
The mansion was destroyed by fire in April 1969, and subsequently
demolished.
