Barskimming Estate by the water
Barskimming House, near Mauchline in South Ayrshire, was built
in 1882 for the Miller family who held the baronetcy of Glenlee.
The house sits within the Barskimming estate by the River Ayr. The
house incorporates parts of an earlier dwelling that has been
destroyed by fire.
