Family Activities at John Paul Jones Museum, Arbigland, in July and August 2009
John Paul Jones Museum has teamed up with local artists and crafts workers to provide free, fun, hands on learning experiences accessible to younger children at the Museum at Arbigland. Jerwood Prize Winner
Recently announced Jerwood prize winner Michael Visocchi is one of the artists currently displaying work as part of ?Creative Burns? at The Dick in Kilmarnock. The collaborative project with moving image artist Adam Proctor was one of the new works commissioned for the exhibition which forms part of East Ayrshire Council?s contribution to the Homecoming celebrations.

A Star is Born - Robert Burns and Alloway
Artefacts, original documents and artworks from Burns Cottage Museum collections will be on display at Rozelle House for the whole of 2009, to mark Homecoming 2009 and the 250th Anniversary of Robert Burns? birth. The National Trust for Scotland have produced this exhibition in partnership with South Ayrshire Council.
