Museum of the Cumbraes
The Museum of the Cumbraes displays the history of
Millport and the islands of Great and Wee Cumbrae. The exhibitions tell the story of the island, from 4,000 year old burial cists to 18th century smugglers. Learn all about the amazing life of explorer Andrew Goldie or discover the role Millport played in the Second World War.
A mere 10 minutes by ferry from Largs, Cumbrae is a beautiful island and no visit to North Ayrshire would be complete without a visit.
