Robert the Bruce Chair

This chair reputedly belonged to King Robert the Bruce.  It is labelled accordingly and that it was found near Dunfermline Abbey in 1654.  However, Bruce (1274-1314) lived three centuries before the 'Elizabethan' date suggested by the style of the chair (Elizabeth I reigned from 1558 to 1603).
