Commemorative medal stand

This display stand contains six commemorative medals; five Burns Commemorative medals and one Sir Walter Scott Commemorative medal.  It belonged to Adam C Hay and was presented to him for his support of the Jean Armour Burns properties in Mauchline.   Inscription: Presented by  THE GLASGOW AND DISTRICT BURNS ASSOCIATION TO ADAM C HAY ESQ in recognition of his generous interest in the JEAN ARMOUR BURNS HOUSES, MAUCHLINE 16TH JANUARY, 1934
