Lino cuts by German POWs

Description:
Collection of lino cuts produced at Prisoner of War Camp, Carronbridge, Thornhill.  At its peak the camp held over 1,000 men. It had a hospital, church and library.  A camp newspaper “Our World” was published monthly in a printing workshop which also made programmes for events and linocuts.
