Anti-Splinter Netting

This netting was placed over window panes during World War 2 with the intention of preventing shards of glass from flying into the room if windows were shattered during air-raids.   There are instructions about how to affix the netting; Cut Safety-Net to size of each window pane. Thoroughly wet each pane of glass to be covered. USE PLENTY OF COLD WATER. Carefully place Safety-Net in desired position. Fit well into corners With a very wet cloth press Net to glass. See the Net is thoroughly soaked. This improves the adhesive properties. DO NOT RUB Glass should be clean before affixing.
