Glenquicken Cist

This cist (burial chamber), from which all traces of the covering cairn have been removed, is aligned ENE to WSW,and measures internally 1.5m in length by 0.65m in breadth. The sides and one end are formed with one slab each, while three stones have been used to construct the other end. The capstone has been displaced, and now leans on a side slab.
