"Dr Franklin's Maxim's" plate

This small 'Dr Franklin's Maxim's' plate has a black transfer print in the centre depicting three men and a boy outside a public house. There is also an embossed fern leaf and flower pattern around the border. It may be a child's plate as it is designed to be educational.
