Boxed set of weights, decimal parts of oz troy, County of Dumfries, 1879

Description:

Set of 15 small weights to measure the decimal parts of oz troy.  Each has a compartment within a wooden box lined with brown velvet.  Five are solid weights, five are flat discs and five are pieces of wire.  The tweezers are missing from the set.  Maximum size is half ounce troy.  Set number "1192".  Verification stamps are present on the ten largest weights.
