Description:
At the top are two national flags. On the left , the Union Flag and on the right, the Scottish Saltire. Below the flags and extending the whole width is painted ‘Wanlockhead on a ‘scroll’. Below is the motto ‘God Send Grace’ above clasped hands. At the bottom right bottom centre is the miners’ crest; an ore bucket above crossed mining tools and alchemy symbols in the four corners. At bottom right are painted thistles.
